Coalition 4 TB Elimination Foundation is a dynamic Not-for-profit organization registered in the year 2023 under Section 8 Companies Act, 2013, C4Tef is dedicated to catalyzing positive change in healthcare, bridging gaps, and propelling innovative solutions towards the Elimination of TB, thus contributing significantly to the betterment of global public health.

C4TEF supports the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s mission of Eliminating TB by 2025 and ultimately reaching the Sustainable Development Goal of Ending the epidemic of Tuberculosis globally by 2030.

Our Team has blend of people who have worked in TB Elimination within the government system or outside and carry – True passion to match with honorable Prime Minister vision of TB Elimination. In our pursuit of comprehensive disease management, we embark on an End-to-End approach covering not only TB but also extending our scope to other infectious maladies. The journey spans from the meticulous identification of patients to the precise measurement of treatment outcomes, resonating seamlessly with the Prime Minister’s determined commitment.

Amidst the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, like others, I also embarked on a mission with a profound realization: tuberculosis (TB) has quietly become a more formidable adversary, claiming more lives than any other infectious disease in contemporary times. The stark truth is that TB, though curable, continues to prolong a heavy toll, necessitating a concerted effort to raise awareness and ensure widespread access to diagnostics. Every day, around 1000 individuals in India succumb to tuberculosis, leaving a trail of devastation that extends far beyond the immediate loss of life. The repercussions are felt deeply by countless dependents whose lives are intricately linked to those afflicted by this relentless disease. By identifying and treating TB at its nascent stages through early detection and timely intervention, we have the potential to rescue not only the lives directly impacted by the illness but also the countless others whose well-being is intricately tied to the fate of TB patients.

In the crucible of our work during the pandemic, we unearthed a pressing need to address the silent crisis of TB, where lives hang in the balance awaiting the light of awareness and the tools for early detection. Our commitment to this cause is rooted in the conviction that with knowledge and access to diagnostics, we can significantly alter the trajectory of TB-related fatalities.

As we navigate the intersection of social responsibility and public health, our focus has pivoted towards empowering communities with information on TB’s curability and the avenues available for timely diagnosis.
